I have a question to see if this is possible and if yes how I could do it. I have 9 question groups that will have around 4 to 11 questions of the same yes/no type. What I would like to achive is that if a user clicks yes that there will be a comment/text field where the user can enter a comment.

So a question might look like this:

I have a homepage?

Yes --> comment/text field is visible --> User can enter details and/or url to his homepage.

No --> nothing happens and the user can continue to the next question.

No answer --> nothing happens and the user can continue to the next question.

If this does not work with the question type I have selected can it work with a different one?
