Facebook Pixel in v3 and extended Vanilla template

Facebook Pixel in v3 and extended Vanilla template was created by phoebus
I've seen the other post about installing Facebook Pixel and it says to add the code to startpage.pstpl. But I am using the extended Vanilla template and can't find it. Any ideas what to do?

I'm using version 3.15.5 (181115).

Version 3.x uses the Twig engine for themes so the .pstpl files have been replaced by .twig files. Please refer to the manual - manual.limesurvey.org/New_Template_System_in_LS3.x

I suspect you will need to extend your theme and edit head.twig.
