Hey guys, how are you doing?

I have a question (multi- option- list) in which one answer should exclude all the other answer options. Or to say it differently, if you select this answer, all the other tiks get removed.
In the example Picture it would be the second last answer Option.
The Problem here is, that I can't use Java. Is there some other way (e.g. in the template)?
I use Version 2.50+ Build 160804

There should be a question setting for exclusive option(s).
