Hi, I'm just getting started with LimeSurvey (I've designed my third survey).

I'm using LimeSurvey Pro version 3.12.3. My survey has 173 question across 21 groups. It is a long survey, and I've received several mails reporting that "We are sorry but your session has expired". Looking through the manual and the forums, I've read that there is the Session Lifetime option, but it is only available with database sessions (so, in my case it is not shown in the Global Settings page). Then there are other threads in the forums that indicate it is something that must be dealt in php, but I believe it has nothing to do with LimeSurvey Pro (because I don't have access to the server configuration).

Is there any way in which I can change the time of the session duration in this product configuration?

LimeSurvey pro, not LimeSurvey CE, right ?

You can't (this was done on server part). Contact LimeSurvey GMBH support

Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member, professional service on demand (or search sondages pro).
An error happen ? Before make a new topic : remind the Debug mode .
