Hi Everyone,

I need your help. I am designing a survey that collects participants' information such as names and emails.

I have a simple Yes or No question for every participant at the end of the survey to answer.

Now I am looking for a trick I can use in Limesurvey to immediately send an email to any participant that chooses the option YES.

I have check the manual under email section but I have not found a way out.

I will appreciate any help from any senior/experienced member here.
Thank you all.

You can use the templates of the basic & detailed admin notifications for such emails.

You need to enter a variable in the email address field. This variable can be e.g. asked during the survey via a text-field. You can simply only display this field if yes is chosen. That way the field is empty when no email is wanted.
