Hello,

I have an intern who wants to create a new survey, but I do not want her to see the other surveys. Is there a possibility to hide the other surveys for her.

This seems like such a beginners question, so I searched the program and the help and the manual, but I could not find an answer.

As far as I know, when you create a new user, this user can only see his/her own surveys and the ones you specifically asign to the user. But this experience is from an old version, not sure if this has changed recently.

What version are you running?

I'm running version 2.05

I created a new user, and when she logged in she could see all the survey's I had made over the years.

That is what I figured as well. However, the 2.05 version is very old anyway. You should update!

I don't know if this is different though in the newer versions.

Have also a look at the permissions. I think if you take away the permission to "view" surveys, than they can only see the surveys created by them.

Just did the following in my old installation (2.6): took away the right to "view" surveys from a user and then they couldn't see others surveys. Only the ones they created.

Worked like a charm !
