we have survey in 2 languages. Currently we are able to make all sorts of filtering, everything works perfect. However I was not able to find a way to quickly make graphs and charts based on language that was used during survey.

For example:

We had 1000 responses.
600 filled responses in original language - English
400 filled in secondary language - Italian

I would like to see response results and graphs only from users, who filled in Italian. Is that possible without exporting survey to Excel and filtering in Excel?

No, as far as I know, since the language can be changed at any time in the survey, there is no built-in filter for that.

To do so, you would need to either insert a Language switch question or write the current language into another question type.
