Not able to submit survey from outside organization network

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have hosted LimeSurvey in my organization. I have created a sample survey and invitations has been sent to employees. Here we found an issue, employees are not able to submit survey when they are in outside Organization network but the same survey they are able to complete when they are in the Organization network.

When they open and submit from outside network, it's showing blank page and no email sent.

Appreciate your immediate reply as we have already sent survey to employees.

Hi, you should check with your IT department if your LimeSurvey website is accessible from outside your organization (obviously it is not at the moment....).

Dear,

Thank you for your quick reply. Employees are able to access the survey from outside as its hosted publicly. But they are not able to submit successfully. When they click on Submit button, its displaying blank page and there is no notifications going for confirmation and no data is saved.

Just to update my query, even I am not able to do any changes to the survey when i am in public network but i can do the changes from my company network.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone can provide a solution for this.

your problem seems not to be related to LimeSurvey at all, it seems to be a server configuration problem.
are you embedding the survey in an iFrame?

Issue seems also present when trying to edit the survey. Looks to me more like a proxy issue in combination with LS/Yii. A info about version/build might give a hint.

with a proxy error, they could not see the survey at all.
I bet on iFrame with 3rd party cookie problems.

Can be SESSION issue to (dur to bad host in your server)
