Hello,
Even if I tell people not to use Explorer when answering, they ignore my advice. One man tried three times, but the browser collapsed so he was not able to save his answers.

I can see his answers. Is it possible for me the generate an url and send him so he doesn't have to start all over?

Maybe using id of survey, id of answer-row, token of participants etc. ?

Hello,
if the respondent has a token, the survey seems to be a closed one.

So the normal behaviour is:
1. general link, respondent enters password manually:
If the respondent opens the link (even in a different browser), enters his password (token), then the survey continues where he left it (even by closing the browser)

2. link contains password:
If the respondent opens the link (even in a different browser) the survey continues where he left it (even by closing the browser)

Regards
Joffm

Thank you!

I forgot to tell that it's possible to give different replies using the same token:

I guess then it's difficult for me to make the url?

Yes, in that case there is no way to create URL that targets a specific response set.
