Hi
When the Survey is ended I recover the answers (with .csv) but I would like to know if there is a way to recover the answers of the text question form with their shaping ?

I wanted to say "text formatting" for exemple if the someone press enter key to go to the next line I would like to see it when I process the data base.

What LimeSurvey version are you using and how are you getting the CSV file?

In version 2.58.0, I see line breaks in the exported results of a long-text question.

I use version 1.92

I getting the csv file as shown in the attachment.

Sorry, version 1.92 is too old for me to test. I suggest updating to version 2.06.

And your attachement shows the export screen and not how the text is formatted in the CSV file...

And as tpartner says, 1.92 is realy, really old. You should consider updating to at least 2.06 (which will be closer to what you are used to). Before updating to the newest version 2.5x you should make some tests if everything works for you.
