Hi,

I am creating a survey weher we ask respondants to provide their email address.

As they have already used this email to enter the survey portal - is it possible to auto fill the answer to this survey question, using the email submitted for login?

Thanks

If by "As they have already used this email to enter the survey portal" you mean they have registered for a token, you can use the {TOKEN:EMAIL} placeholder in the default answer field.

Thanks Tony, appreciate your help!

If you have 5 minutes, could you take a look at the below to try figure out why they are not working?

I am hoping to pre-fill other similar questions based on the details associated with their access token. I want to get their First, Name, Last name, and a practice area (field I added to tokens, which is mandatory for all users.)

{TOKEN:First_Name
{TOKEN:Last_Name}
{TOKEN:EA_Practice_Area}

Thanks again, really appreciate it as a non-technical newbie :)

You would want to use {TOKEN:FIRSTNAME}, {TOKEN:LASTNAME} and the other one i dont know, but if you use attributes you can access them {TOKEN:attribute_i} where i=1,...,n depending on how many attributes you have. {TOKEN:ATTRIBUTE_1} will access attribute_1 in your token table.
