I have a plan to execute a paper based surveys with queXML PDF Export.
If we read the queXF manual says that "queXF identifies each page by the barcode".
Since if we export queXML PDF on LimeSurvey only generates single form (survey) with different barcode on each page, how do we create different barcode on each survey form and offcourse each page (of each survey).
Hence, if I have 3 pages of survey and will print 100 forms, then it will generates 300 different barcode on each pages.

Has anyone could show me the guide to answer my needs above?

It seems I misunderstood the process between creating the "banding form" and "scanning of survey results".
The manual stated above is on creating the banding form/template of form; while I guess that was a scanning paper form to load the data results.

I will update if I success the complete process
