Logic: ask based on number of answers to multreponse question

I have a multiple response question (q3), a person can respond with 1 to 4 options.

If they answer 2 or more responses to this question (q3), I want to ask a followup (q3b) else we go on to q4

I'm not sure how to accomplish this
