Does limeSurvey supports the following feature:
I will be using limesurvey as a checklist, lets say we have 3 checklists x,y and z, Checklist x has a condition if meet it will enable users to go to checklist y, if not it will enable users to go to checklist z
Does this feature available, I am a developer I can manage code, or if it can be developed and how much will it cost?
Yes, with the expression manager that is easy. You can make text (links), questions or question groups appear when certain conditions are met. See more info here:

Just reading the title of your post: I would not use multiple surveys but just one with 3 (or more) question groups and make them appear using the expression manager.
