I am a new Lime Survey user and just installed version 2.5. I have created a couple of users who have minimal permissions and are not Superadministrator.
I have encountered the following problems that I can't seem to resolve.
It is not possible to get to the Central participant database/panel menu without having superadministrator permissions however navigating directly to the URL works correctly
When I am logged into a user account with Participant panel (create) permissions only, I can see other users contacts
I believe that the above points could either be bugs, or has Limesurvey been developed specifically so that there is one centeral shared panel that anyone can access which has no user segregation?
