Have a look at the workaround section. There is a workaround that combines different question types so it looks like it is one question.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
Are there alternative methods? I need a 16 row x 2 column array (first column is numerical inputs, second column is 1x3 radio button arrays, just like above but with more rows).
Also, are there simpler ways of editing the example provided in the manual? I'm finding it quite cumbersome to make even small changes.
Thank you again for your time and assistance.

To add to my previous question, I am just interested in having a 'multiple numerical input' question next to (on the left of) an array. Both have the same number of rows. Is there a simple way to align them side-by-side? (Similar to the image above.)
Thank you again.

I would add a multiple-numeric question after the array and then move those inputs up into a new column in the array. Something like these two posts:
- www.limesurvey.org/en/forum/can-i-do-thi...-and-dropdown#120555
I guess you will also need to write a validation script to ensure that the radios and numeric inputs are exclusive.
Cheers,

Yeah, if you are looking at the Multiple question types in array workaround , it's probably overkill for your requirements - it was designed for many different question types. Also, are there simpler ways of editing the example provided in the manual? I'm finding it quite cumbersome to make even small changes.
