In an array question in each item a percentage is chosen
all the items schould ad up to 100%

example
`1how much time you spend on x range 0 to 100
2 How much time you spend on y range 0 to 100
3 how much time you spend on Z range 0 to 100

total of 1/2/3 should be 100 not more not less.

if not a message should be displayed and no further action possible till the ansers match up to 100.

I think its a solution to use assesment values in the array questions and make a formula in the next Q

first: Do you really use an array question? array(numbers) with just one column?

Or do you use a question of type "multiple numerical input"? (maybe with sliders)

But nevertheless:
Do a question validation (in "Advanced Settings"). In the shown case "multiple numerical input":
sum(self)==100
