It opens if I enter token. This needs quick solution.

If you don't want to use tokens, you can delete the token list.teksur wrote: It is asking token to be entered. This has not been like this before. What has happened?

There is a red button "Delete participants table " in LimeSurvey 2.5.
You didn't mention the version you're using.

If you access to the survey via the link in survey summary, it doesn't have those credentials.

Yes I know. But is what I have said. It does not work anymore like this. It requires token to be entered anyway even it is in the link.
Something is not like it was before in this survey.
What is my LimeSurvey version. I said it is latest. I use comfortupdate. That is giving latest version I hope.

please show us a link to your survey that does not work.
As all said usually the link contains all credentials like:
www.example.com/survey/index.php/341493 ?token=12345&lang=en
If you use a token in this link that is not in your participants table you are asked for a valid token.
Did you check if the used token is in the participant table?
Well, many people say "I use the latest version".
Just tell us.
And:: "You find the version in the lower right corner of the admin page.
Best regards

This is strange. Today links look same, but still this problem continues. Website says:
"To participate in this restricted survey, you need a valid token.
If you have been issued a token, please enter it in the box below and click continue."
Token is correct and it should open survey, but instead this message comes.
Before I had no problem in this. Everything has worked fine. Some new updates came and this has been now 2 days.

In add it says: Long Term Support for version 2.06 - Get access to this version that still receives critical security patches (if needed) by download or ComfortUpdate
I am thinking that I should update current version 2.53+161004 to LTS. Maybe it helps to this problem too. This says that I can do it with ComfortUpdate. How?

Can you access the survey, when you enter the token by hand in the field?
Yes or No?
Create a new survey with a participant list. In the list you will find a testbutton for every participant.
Check if that works without any screen to enter a token.
If that is still the case, you might open a bug report. You can make this bug ticket private. So you might provide testlinks to the devs only.

I have to test those tomorrow.
