The radio (list) question offers the question theme "image_select".
With this question theme you can get rid of the radio buttons and only display the images (which needs to be added as IMG Source to the answer items.

Which version are you using?
Really 3.0?
Check the change logs when questjon themes where introduced.
So it is really time to update.

I checked with my installation and it shows the "Question theme" just like Jelo was showing. Maybe this was added to a later version. So you should update to the latest version so you have it as well...

But maybe it depends on the survey theme. Which theme are you using? For me, with Fruity this was showing. With Bootswatch the dropdown was showing, but there was no image_replace option.

I was installed fresh installation of Ubuntu after that also same error, not able to upload image file kindly help.....

Hi,
I can't tell you anything about your error when uploading.

But it is not necessary to upload the file by LS.
Just upload it to any place on your server by Filezilla or another ftp client.

See here: There first and the last are in the Template folder, uploaded by LS, the second and third are in other directories of my server.
