Hey folks,
I'm not quite shure if this topic is legit, because I'm having the exactly same issue being described in this three years old bug: bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=8812 .
What I'm trying to do is to attach a file to an email template. I can upload the file (.ics calendar file, 2kb), attach it to the mail (as in the screenshot). But upon hitting save there's no file attached after the page reload.
But running version 2.67.3+170728 I think this might be fixed already so I'm not shure If I'm doing something wrong.
Things i tried already:

Update: we punched the adress directly into the surveys_languagesettings db, and after that the file correctly showed up when reloading the email template editor. After saving it's gone again.
My guess is that the Upload doesn't reach the database correctly. This is how, in my case, the database entry looked before changing it:

Maybe try with the last version (for example on demo of limesurvey) and if it happen too : report the bug ?
