Survey doesn't start from the beginning. was created by BM1
Hello,
I tested my survey several times and when I open the link in the invitation e-mail, I don't always see the welcome screen. I have 4 questions groups. Sometimes it starts on the welcome screen. Sometimes it starts in question group 1,2,3...
Somebody knows how to fix this?
Thank you!

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

If you use the same token and use "Answer persistence" you will be led to the same place where you stopped the survey before. If that is not the problem, you will need to give a little more information. Help us to help you.

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless

Hi, BM1,
add the parameter "&newtest=Y" to the url.
This ensures that you always get a new survey and don't enter an "old", not completed one.
Kind regards
