I have turned on Hide Tips in Ranking question type. However, the warning tips still appear when i preview the survey. As the language (Chinese) is not smooth enough in the tips, i would like to turn it off.
How can i hide the tips in "ranking" question??

Currently there are many question types, which no longer allow to hide all tips with the setting "Hide tip".
The scope of "Hide tip" is "Hide the tip that is normally shown with a question".

What LimeSurvey version and template are you using?

Since the Chinese translation in the "tips" is not smooth at all, so i prefer to hide the tip to avoid confusion.

So for "Hide Tip" this function in "ranking question", what it hides indeed?
