Maybe I'm not seeing the option, but was wondering if there is way to change the position of the "Other" answer so that it is not always the last option. I'm thinking along the lines of having a "Decline to state" or "Prefer not to answer" option, but would like to be at the end.

I am making both radio button and multiple choice questions where I would like to alter the order. The LS version is 3.13.1+.
