Add this to the end of template.css:
Code:
#clearallbtnlink { display: none; }

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless

Well, I don't know why this question is asked so frequently?
What is the use of removing this button?
Now respondents who do not want to continue just close the browser window; and their data are still in the database.
Using this button is a clean method if somebody wants to leave. No rests of data remain in the dataset and the analysis is much more easy.
Well, the only reason IMHO is to see WHERE people leave the survey; to improve this part which might be difficult to understand, or so.
Kind regards
Joffm

I don't like the button either. I totally understand the concept behind it. On one side I think it is a good thing to offer this option to the respondents. However, it is too prominent for my taste. I want people to finish the survey. Of course I don't want to force anyone into doing it, but I also don't want to advertise the "exit" option.
It is a little bit like in a newsletter where you put a huge "unsubscribe here" button on top of the message. You don't need to hide it, but you don't need to advertise it that much either. A simple link at the botton of the survey would be more than enough I think. So you give people the chance to easily delete their responses and leave without making it an advertisment.

The next major LS version (3.x), which is soon to be released in alpha testing, will use the Twig template engine so making changes like that will be far easier.A simple link at the botton of the survey would be more than enough I think.

Yeah, looking forward to that. Didn't touch the current templates to adapt them. They just seem so complicated. I lost touch with CSS and HTML for a while and all this bootstrap stuff made simple things like CSS/HTML so complicated.
When looking at those new templates it feels like in the middle of the jungle.
