Can I add the CSS "Margin-top" a the button "Upload FIle" was created by leblancoj

How can I add the CSS "Margin-top: 200px;"? I have a Problem with the button, I would like lower it towards the center.

Hello!

I solved it, add the below

#button1 {
margin-top: 200px;
}
#notice {
margin-top: 150px;
margin-bottom: -200px;
}

Is done.
