Impressum with company data

Impressum with company data was created by ounger
I want provide a survey in our company. Because the survey must available via internet it's neccessary to have an impressum with the company data.
Till now I couldn#t find any place or information whether - and how - it's possible.
-> Version 2.50.1+160823

I tried to add a link to an external site with:

<a target="_blank" href=" www.example.de/de/impressum ">Impressum

Unfortunately the URL will add to the survey URL - so the external site can't be opened.

http://my-survey/survey/index/sid/274318/newtest/Y/lang/www.example.de/de/impressum

All ideas are welcome B) .
