Are manual update releases delayed vs ComfortUpdate? was created by mills
ComfortUpdate reports 3.17.6 (190624) as a security update, but the latest stable download available is Version 3.17.5+190604 ?

No, but of course there may be a delay of a few minutes between the display in comfort update and the updating of the download page.
Volunteers are not paid.

Joffm hasn't clicked through to the actual download section.

The download repository hasn't been updated. Only the entry pages. Someone forgot to update the download links.
