Hi, dear Lime experts!
Need help on the following issue: I have a master language of the questionnaire that is not supposed to be shown as an alternative to the respondents. 3 language versions in total, with only 2 to be shown.
Do you have any idea how to do it?

Many thanks in advance!!!

Aside from removing your master language completely I don't think this is possible in LimeSurvey, unless you dig quite deep in the code.

As bebs.

And: How do you invite your respondents?
If it is a closed survey with a token table you may set the language in the participant table.
If it is a open survey and the respodemts click a general link, you may offer two links with your two languages.

www.example.com/limesurvey/index.php/123123 ?lang=en
www.example.com/limesurvey/index.php/123123 ?lang=fr

Or create simple HTML page which explains something and the respondents click one of the links which direct to the survey with the selected language.

So there are a few options.
Anyway: Remove the language changer from the survey.

You may be able to remove it via JavaScript or a custom survey theme. What LimeSurvey version and what are the languages?

Thank you! The most helpful advice is creating a page with language identification and redirecting to the correct language version!
