Hi Team,

There is a problem in my survey.

Sometimes when the 'Next' button is clicked at the bottom of a page, the following error message comes up "Please use the LimeSurvey navigation buttons or index. It appears you attempted to use the browser back button to re-submit a page."

When the error message is closed, the browser navigates back a few pages to a page that has already been answered.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

Try disabling AJAX in the survey theme options.

Looks like something else is botched too.

@Simona: Please open a support ticket. You host with LimeSurvey GmbH and can ask for direct support.
Can you tell us what LimeSurvey version you use? What is displayed at the bottom?

I wonder why the ticket is no longer available.
I receive only an error message from Mantis.
