I am offering a survey to evaluate quality of teaching. It is set up on a local webserver and the end url is the survey url. Thus people can share the devices they use for submitting the feedback. Survey has 3 mandatory numeric-slider subquestion inputs and an optional text question. A strange thing that often happens from mobile devices - first time even though all sliders have been moved the survey complains that mandatory questions have not been answered. However the second time survey can be submitted OK and subsequently as well.
When I was observing the process with Firefox DevTools I noticed a resource that could not be found - it seems to be a temp directory that is first requested without the slash and the second time with it. The paths and headers are below:

Could that have something to do with the strange behaviour of slider questions?
Version I got is: Version 3.14.1+180731 - it runs on linux and apache.
