I was collecting several surveys at the same time (but not a huge amount, around 10) and after a while some of them started to show the error ""We are sorry but your session has expired. Either you have been inactive for too long, you have cookies disabled in your browser, or there were problems with your connection.".
After it started, it was more and more common, and, at some point, it appeared right after the welcome page in every attempt.
As I read, it could be related with php settings, but I cannot access php.ini file in my server.
What's the alternative to augment the max time value for each session?
Is there anything possible to change directly in Limesurvey?
I don't think it's a max time on $_SESSION? but more a bad "security" system on the server.
If you can't update the server confg : limeservice.
