Input feild for entering names was created by mohad
1. Is it possible to create a text box where the user has to enter their name before taking up a test ?

So that when the response is viewed, we can identify using the names.

2. is it possible to see the correct answers by the person who takes the survey after they complete it?

  1. Yes, simply put in a mandatory short-text question
  2. Yes, you can use Expression Manager to display questions and answers

Have a look at the expression manager page in the manual. There are some pretty good real life examples on what you can do with Expression Manager:
manual.limesurvey.org/Expression_Manager

So you could set up a text display question and include the answers from different questions, creating a little report. Usually you access the answers from the questions via the question code.

Let's assume that you using a question with the question code Q1, then you would use {Q1} to display the result and {Q1.question} the question to this answer. This depends a little bit on the question type, as some question types require a little different approach (e.g. Multiple Response questions).

You report will be in a text display question type. And you just put the expression manager code into the question text field. Give it a try with a simple example and you will see how it works.

You can even format everything with HTML, e.g. in a table where on one side you have the question and on the other the response.

I am not aware of a video tutorial, but I think it is quite simple, once you get the hang.
