Can you confirm this: In version 4.1.13+200325 from general settings set aaa@somewhere.invalid as default site admin email, Aaaaa as Administrator name. Then make a survey, add a participant and send an invitation using "Bbbbbb " as sender. The mail will be sent with from-field "Aaaaa ".

I remember to have seen something like this before (a few weeks ago).
