I would like to know if it is possible to creat a board which doesn't allow only multiple answers in a column but also in a row.

For exemple, left, in the column, you ask What fruits are yellow (under-questions) and one can chose, in the same row (options), banana & pineapple (2 answers in the row)

And in the next question, for exemple what fruits grow on a tree (under-questions), you could again chose in the row (options), banana, appel, and pear (3 answers in the row)

And banana would be chosen twice in its column.

I need a board in which one can give multiple answers, as well in columns (which is easy) but also in rows. That is the problem I can't solve.

That's the easiest part. Use array(numbers) with checkbox layout.
