Hi everyone, new LimeSurvey user here!

Our goal is to create a customer satisfaction survey that registers a customer for a survey and sends them an invite when they purchase a product.

- Participants should only receive/be registered for the survey if they purchase a product, or if a sales person sends a survey to them. The sales person would not have access to the lime survey software; ideally, they could register the customer by submitting a customer's name and email on a webpage, or by sending the customer's information to an email address from their CRM using a template.

- The survey needs to be sent to the customer within a few minutes of purchasing the product (ideally immediately), not batched later using customer data csv import and bulk email send. The customer should be able to receive the survey link via email or via text using a service like twilio.

Are there any existing plugins that can help accomplish this, or is all of this achievable via the existing API? Does anyone have any recommendations on how to approach this issue, or has anyone worked with any partners on limesurvey integrations?
