Dear community,

I have set up a survey where each token has a unique set of questions (with a little help of this life-saving community!! :D ).

Due to the fact that I would like to raise the response rate, I'd like to print out the questionnaires for participants who haven't answered yet and distribute the paper version among them.

Is this possible to print out the survey based on the individual question combination of each participant?
I have to give each respondent his/ her "individually designed" questionnaire and be able to track it (who gave the answers).

I appreciate any advice on this topic!
Thank you in advance.

Btw.: My LS version is 2.50

As far as I know this is not possible.

Btw: your LS branch is not suported anymore and does not receive any updates anymore. Your version is also a very, very old version of this branch and it was a very early version with a lot of errors and bugs as well.
You should consider and update/upgrade.

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

Thank you, holch!

I know the version is very oldschool... unfortunately our admin has not updated it but we are working on it.

Maybe another user has an idea how to do this?

LS does not distinguish between a token based relevance equation and a question based.

Therefore - if your idea was possible - LS cannot decide if a question has to be hidden because of the token or because of the answer to a question (Like: This question only if Q2=="Yes")

If you really like to give each one his customized questionnaire, start working.
Well prepared, it shouldn't be to much work.
1. Write your questionnaire once in a word processing program and create defined text blocks (autotext).
To customize your questionnaires you only click and insert the desired blocks.
Explanation 1
Explanation 2

2. Do it in EXCEL or OpenOffice with your questions on seperate sheets
On a "command"-sheet you have all questionnaire designs, like
1,3,5,6,7,15,22 (This respondent gets questions 1,3,5,6,7,...)
2,4,11,12,13,17,18,...(This respondent gets questions 2,4,11,...)
A macro now collects the questions and writes the result to the "result" sheets.

3. The more sophisticated solution with a php script and the library PHPOffice/PHPWord
