Hi, I am the one responsible for this error.
We will look at it. Do you use the free version or the paid version of the template?
Did you adopt a lot in the template? At least some, because the background is different and the coloring.

We will certainly look at it, but I always wonder if these array question types, especially the double array are something you would want to ask on people using mobiles....

Yes to adopting. I am using a paid version of the template. I agree array is not ideal for mobile.

I have the same issue. Maybe array is not ideal for mobile

Hi,
I am quite certain that (large) arrays are not ideal (actually: quite bad) for mobile devices, but certainly the multiple array is very bad for mobile devices.
If you know or suspect that respondents will use a mobile device, try to avoid arrays and specially multiple arrays.
