I checked out the domain's DNS setting yesterday and found I must have parked it when sorting out many other domains. I have reset the DNS to point the settings for excellencepsychology.org.uk to my hosts servers. Once this change kicked in overnight, today I can now access the Limesurvey login page again and login successfully.
There is now another problem I cannot find any guidance on. When I login all the icons have disappeared from the program (Limesurvey v1.92+). The menu choices are only in text and these are not positioned correctly, often overlapping each other or running off the screen to the right side.
Could anyone suggest a solution or checklist please?
