Popup window, when missing mandatory questions was created by daycom
Hey!
I have a problem, when you don't fill out mandatory questions a popup window appear. It is not that visible in google chrome and I want to avoid people thinking that the survey is broken. Is there a way to suppress the javescript alert pop up?
I have marked the window in the pic, sorry it is in danish.
Thanks on advande!
Esben

Can you do this on a per survey level? or by template?
We sometimes have short surveys embedded via iframe on another website.

Update your config file to add it to your config : manual.limesurvey.org/Optional_settings#...te_LimeSurvey_config
lemonlimebitters : with the actual version : 2 solution:
Add
somewhere in your template file (or in survey description, if you need it by survey)
Use your own showStartPopups function in template.js git.framasoft.org/Shnoulle/SkeletonQuest...ter/template.js#L418

You can simply copy the template for surveys which should NOT show the pop up and then try Denis' solution of adding this to your template, e.g. before the closing </head> tag at startpage.pstpl:lemonlimebitters wrote: Can you do this on a per survey level? or by template?

This doesn't seem to work for the Limesurvey 3.x templates. Which other options do we have for these?DenisChenu wrote:

Why via templates? A setting option on surveylevel should be the way to go? But I had the feeling that there is no 100% way without popups anymore. Some messages are via popups/modal anyway. I can be wrong. Haven't checked the newest LS 3 version for that.
