List radio questions within an array was created by mafo
Hi,
I'd like to create a survey which looks like the one in the attachments.
Within the first column, there should not be any input at all. The first column only consists of boilerplate questions similar to the example from this workaround where you can find "A)", "B )", and "C" in the first column:
manual.limesurvey.org/Workarounds:_Quest...stion_types_in_array ]
The columns 2 to 4 are short text input questions.
I use this workaround as a basis for my own survey. Unfortunately, as I Iike to use list radio questions in column 5, according to the workaround, I have to do the following:
Cheers,

But I don't know how to do this . Can someone help me out?If you use question types other than boilerplate, short text, list dropdown, numeric or yes-no, you'll need to add to the last section of code, where it hides the question text and formats the inputs for display this way.
Cheers,
mafo

Why not simply using "list dropdown" for the 4 employment types? First of all it fits a lot better in the table than 4 different texts and second you don't need to tinker with the workaround.

Thank you for your solution!
Unfortunately, I still don't get a satisfying result. It looks like this:
If I distribute the text of the last two columns on two different lines within the same boilerplate questions, I get the following result:
As you can see, the text is not centred above the input fields. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Can you activate a sample survey and give us a link so we can see the source and styles?

The problem is that the questions you are using for the labels in row 1, columns 4 and 5 ("Arbeitgeber mit Adresse" & "Die weitere Beschäftigung ist") are long text type and should be
text display
type.
