Receiving Variables Into Survey was created by goldmineexpert
Is it possible to have variables like a name or email address passed into a survey from a hyperlink (PHP GET?) to eliminate the need for a survey participant to input that info if we already have it?

You can either include it as a custom variable in the token table and then use it in the survey or you can pass it through the hyperlink.
There should be quite a few descriptions in the forum, as well as information in the manual.

If I pass it by the hyperlink, where do I set the receiving variable. I was planning to use <?php echo $_GET;?> and <?php echo $_GET;?> to fill those respective fields
