Can you "prefill" username & password for the "save and resume later" function? was created by Sweden
Hi there 
Is it possible to "prefill" username and password for the "save and resume later" function so the user doesn't have to create them?
If so, could the password be prefilled by using the survey URL, the same way you can prefill survey answers using the survey URL (each user will get their own unique URL). Could username be prefilled by using a text field (e.g. a "What is your first name" question)?
