Major goal is to achieve conditional alerts based on user responses.
For example, A survey contains 10 questions. We want Lime Survey to send notification to certain email ID whenever user gives ‘very poor’ type of response for 3 questions. The reason is we want to follow up that user to know why they have given poor feedback.
Please note that we have multiple surveys and for each survey the criteria will be different (the set of questions/ expected answers to get notification etc) and also the notification email IDs will be different for each survey
• We want only one email alert for each response; it will have only those questions which satisfied the notification criteria. Is this possible or no of notifications would be equal to no of conditions set for that survey?
• Do we need to do the code modification which you have suggested for each survey or if we do change at one place will be applicable to all surveys?
