I have a survey and I want to assign 3 different users to this survey. Their role will be to make data entry and each of them will able to view only their own data and maybe edit it after submission.
Is it possible and how? Should I create admin users or work with coupons-tokens?

You cannot limit admins of a single survey to having access to only specific responses. They will be able to see all or none.
