I currently playing around with token attributes and screenouts.

When I screenout with tokens, the token summary shows the correct summary.
Code:
Token summary:
Total records in this token table 5
Total with no unique Token 0
Total invitations sent 0
Total opted out 0
Total screened out 1
Total surveys completed 0

I wonder, if there is way to generate an export/list, that shows the status of all tokens (completed, screenout).
The export of the list won't show screenout as a tokenstatus.
When looking at the results, the screenout status is not clear.

Not sure if this is a feature request or I am too blind to see the way to get this information.
When Limesurvey sends out reminder, would these reminder prevent sending them out to screenouts?
The code seems to be there to check the status, but the export routines seem to lack a option to extract that information.

1. Which Limesurvey version do you use?

2. Is there any documentation available about this screenout feature?

1. : LS 2.05+ Build 20150608
2. What screenout feature? Quota on hidden questions, which are answered depending on the attributes of the token.

I was surprised that LS displayed screenouts in the token summary.
I want that information to be listed/exported as a tokenlist or as part of a token list.

Thanks for the background information. I also wasn't aware that for closed surveys the screened out users will be listed at the token overview.
If you just create a full token export, is the "screenout" information listed there at all?

From my point of view this kind of filter needs to be coded (but is pretty useful).

Me too. Who did it? The completed column shows a Q instead of a Y/N. Interesting.

If the data set is already marked as "Q" it should be pretty easy to add "screened-out" as another filter for exporting tokens. So please file a feature request and post the link here.
Thanks!
