I ran a study and would like to announce its central result to the participants only. That is I do not want to inform everyone in the data base but selectively address the message to those who completed the study, such that others can still participate without having this information. How could I achieve that?

There is no built-in LimeSurvey method to do that.

I suppose you could export the token table, filter it by complete date and then use another email system to send a mail to respondents who have completed.

Thanks for your response! Hmm, I was thinking about something that works more automatic, like the confimration mail subjects receive when they have completed the study.

Couldn`t I export the token table as you suggest, filter it by date of completion and then import it into a new study and then send the emails via limesurvey using the inviation tool?

You could use the confirmation mail but you said you have already run the survey so it's too late for that.

Yes, I guess you could use another survey to send the mails.

Works nicely :)! Export tokens, import CSV file in Excel, filter "Completed", save as CSV file and import it again in a new survey, then send out inviations :)
