We need you for our growing team in Hamburg. You will be the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries. Typically, these are questions about the use of our LimeSurvey application, our products in general and services or administrative questions, for example about invoices and payments. After the training period, you will independently answer the questions in writing by e-mail or telephone or forward them within our team accordingly. You will become familiar with the functions of our survey software and can also help directly with questions about the use of the software.


LimeSurvey is a web-based software for conducting both simple and complex online surveys. Started as an Open Source project in 2003, the software has been distributed globally as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) since 2010, being developed by a permanent international team in Hamburg. LimeSurvey is used worldwide by companies, market research institutes, students, and universities.



  • Solving customer questions by e-mail or on the phone

  • Answering calls in English (German is a plus)

  • Written recording of customer problems

  • Sorting incoming tickets

  • Writing documentation for our knowledge base and our user manual

  • Close cooperation with Customer Success in answering complex questions

  • Getting familiar with our survey software



  • Affinity to web technologies and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

  • Friendly attitude and fun in communication with customers

  • High empathy for the concerns of our customers

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills

  • Preferably good written and spoken German language skills

  • Curiosity and quick mind
