Can't seem to get advice on how to produce nice charts so now I'm looking for:

1) What programs external to LimeSurvey do people use to import LimeSurvey data so as to produce nice charts and tables? Looking for suggestions other than excel or similar spreadsheet programs, which doesn't really fit the bill for nice looking charts and tables.

2) I noticed that there were some plugins for version 2 of LimeSurvey for chart, but I see no development or addons/plugins for chart integration in version 3. Has development stopped on 3?

Thanks.

Asking the question twice will not get you an answer faster.

The chart you posted, looked not like a direct output from a chartexport. It looked to me like a human layout.

That kind of layout will not be available inside LimeSurvey (no developer will invest into such a system just for LimeSurvey). No money on the table.

Nice looking charts and tables.

Depends a bit on how you want to export and show the charts (private vs. public, online vs. offline)
And the budget.

Appreciate the non-cynical feedback. There is a budget. I get it, LimeSurvey can't create eye-candy. Not a problem. What the program lacks in terms of charts it makes up for in user features for sure.

The charts should not be public and only sent to, or available to, parties that I choose to send to. I guess you'd call that private.

Thanks.
