Create questions that show for only certain users was created by envisiontodd
I have teachers who will be marking certain tests and would like to use the User Groups and a single quiz where some questions are hidden and some show depending on what usergroup you belong to.

That is no problem. However, to determine how to solve this, we would need to know how you know which user group the respondent belongs to. This could via the token system and can be stored in the token list or the respondent can be asked a question about his/her user group.
In any way you will have to use conditions.
