A lot of errors was created by lmayer
Dear swarm intelligence

i use the lime Survey Version of my university (Version 2.64.7+170404). And since Friday, there are often problems while filling the survey and it is showing different Error messages.

- The Server could not receive the data. Data not found.
- intern server error: The spreadsheet(survey_479326-timings) for the ActiveRecord-Class “SurveyTimingDynamix” can not be found in the Database. (An intern server error occurred. Please contact the web master.)
- The feature (virtue) “Survey Dynamics.datestamp is not defined. An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Please contact the webmaster to report this problem.
- The CRSF-Token could not be verified. The request wasn’t understood by the server due to a invalid Syntax. Please don’t repeat your request. If you think it s an server error please contact the web master.

I personally use the internet explorer, but ppl also tried to open it with other browsers. The bug tracker doesn’t work somehow. I researched and found that some ppl had one of those errors two, but not all of them. And as I am new to lime survey, I did not understand those answers concerning programming. Deactivating and reactivating it without a timestamp doesn’t work either.

I would be very grateful for your help.
Luise

Still no easy call to point out the cause for theses errors.

You should contact the admin of the installation/server to inform about theses issues. Perhaps an update of the serversoftware was done last week. LimeSurvey version used on the server is not updated since 2017. So you might see the first signs of degeneration. I recommend to NOT use the InternetExplorer for using LimeSurvey as an surveydesigner. Did you try using LimeSurvey from a different device?

Thanks for you fast answer!

How do I reach them? Or do you mean the Person in charge of my University?
Okay, I won't do that anymore. Firefox is better? (Or Google Chrome?)

The domain, where the survey is running, looks more like shadow-it, which someone of the chair "AOS" of the TU-Braunschweig installed. The surveyserver is hosted via the provider Hetzner.

The LimeSurvey installation itself isn't showing a admin email:

Bitte kontaktieren Sie Administrator ( your-email@example.net ) für weitere Unterstützung.

So you suggest to support the Chair AOS of the TU Braunschweig or Hetzner? (and how to contact Hetzner?)

Thanks for helping me!

I suggest, you contact the person which got you credentials to login to LimeSurvey. This person should be aware of the technical contacts. I mentioned Hetzner to show you, that the university it is not involved with their own datacenter equipment.
